Obituary of Constantina Reeves

Constantina ( Connie ) J Reeves, 98 of Franklin Twp. passed away on Tuesday June 14th at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 19, 1917 in Chicopee, MA. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Anna Bertha Strozyk Kobak of Poland. She leaves a daughter JoAnne Cowie, a son Wayne Reeves, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and many friends. Connie was a graduate of Union College in Cranford, NJ. She was an active member of Emmanuel Christian Center of Phillipsburg NJ. She retired after 38 years of service to the Johnson & Johnson Corporation. Connie was as avid gardener, seamstress, knitter and crocheter; while being an expert cook, a fixer upper of things, and a loving, generous, Godly woman. Her husband Harry Reeves Sr., a son Harry Reeves Jr, two grandchildren, Roderick Cowie and Lisa Reeves, along with three siblings, Thomas Kobak, Sally Seat and Rose Olbrych all predeceased her. A calling hour will be Saturday June 18 from 10-11AM followed by a funeral service at 11AM at the DeVoe Funeral Home, 136 West Washington Ave, Washington NJ 07882. Interment will follow at the Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere NJ. Memorials may be made to the K.A.Q. Hospice 99 Sparta Ave, Newton, NJ 07830
