Obituary of Frank Norci

Sgt. Frank Norci 63 formerly of Washington NJ died on Friday December 11 at his home in Northampton PA. He was born in Phillipsburg NJ February 6th, 1946. He was the son of the late Augustine and Nellie Emma Hall. Frank was employed by Napa Auto Parts in Washington NJ. He retired from the Washington Twp (Warren County) NJ Police Department where he attained the rank of Sgt. He worked there from 1974 to 1999. He served in the United States Air Force from 1963 -1967. He was a member of the Warren County PBA 280. He loved old cars and enjoyed cruise nights at Sammy's on rte 22 in Phillipsburg NJ. He enjoyed trips to Atlantic City NJ and Mount Airy PA to play in the casinos. He is survived by his wife Teresa Tackach Norci, 3 step sons (who were like sons to him) Stephen DeWolf of Reading PA, Jason DeWolf and his wife Livia of Washington NJ and Daniel DeWolf of Belvidere NJ and a Granddaughter Brianna DeWolf. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1-3 and 6-9 PM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ 07882. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11AM in the Assembly of God Church 33 Brass Castle Road Washington NJ with Rev Joe Grasser of the Christ United Methodist Church in Bethlehem PA officiating.
