Obituary of Elizabeth Stevens

Elizabeth Mary Stevens 93 of Washington NJ, died Sunday November 10th in St Barnabas Hospital Livingston NJ. from injuries sustained in a house fire. She was born in Windburn PA, May 3, 1920. she was the daughter of the late John and Rose Kocsis. She was retired for many years after working as a Winder at Ethicon, a Johnson and Johnson Company in Bridgewater NJ She has been a member of St Matthias Catholic Church in Somerset NJ before moving the Washington NJ many years ago. She is survived by her son Ronald Stevens, a daughter in law Rosemary Stevens and a granddaughter Tiffany Marie Hoser of Alpha NJ Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband Jullian, 3 brothers John, Michael and Joseph, and a sister Mary. Calling Hours will be Thursday November 14from 6-8 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 8PM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ 07882. Entombment will be Friday in the Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick NJ Because the family home was destroyed by fire, the family is requesting donations to the family in care of the funeral home.
