Obituary of Joseph Lucas

Joseph V. Lucas, 80, of Oxford, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at St. Luke's Warren Hospital. Joseph was born on September 21, 1932 in Oxford, NJ. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George and Mary (nee Rudy) Lucas. Joseph loved to go fishing and worked for Oxford Textile for 39 years. He also loved to collect coins and was an avid stamp collector. He is survived by a brother, Michael and wife Leokadia of Belvidere, NJ, a sister, Mary, nieces, Michelle and Lisa, and nephews, Scott and Mark, and several other nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 4, 2013 at the DeVoe Funeral Service, Inc., 136 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882.
