Obituary of Sadie Miller

Sadie C. Miller 89 of New Village NJ died at Warren Hospital on April 6th 2011. She was born December 30, 1921 in Port Colden NJ. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Ida Mae Rymon Mayberry. She was very proud of her career before having a family. Sadie worked in Wilmington Delaware Bellanca Aircraft. She also was employed as a Secretary in Philadelphia PA. and New York City She was a 1938 graduate of Hackettstown High School. She was a very loving and caring Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother Great-Great Grandmother. She was a member of the VFW Post 6701 Ladies Auxillary.. She took great enjoyment in family genealogy and with her husband visited all 50 states visiting cemteries and court houses across the country. Her husband Francis (Jim) preceded her in death in 2003. She is survived by daughters Karey Sue Harper and her husband Robert of Alberqurique NM, Judith A Stocker and her husband Larry of New Village NJ, and Jane E Murphy and her husband John of Sparta NJ, a son David Miller and his wife Barbara of Bowmanstown PA, a sister Emily Bundy of Karrvile NJ, grandchildren, Robert, Richard, Harry (DeJ), James, Vicki, Jamie, and Lauren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by, a grandaughter, Jodie Lynn Brill, brothers, Melvin R Mayberry, Elmer D Mayberry, and Clark Mayberry, and a sister Nellie Raub. Funeral Services will be celebrated Saturday 2PM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ. Interment to follow at the Musconetcong Valley Cemetery, Hampton NJ Family and friends may call Friday evening 6-8 in the funeral home..
