Obituary of Peter Glaser

Peter H Glaser, Jr., 67, of Washington, NJ, died Wednesday, January 28, 2009 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Peter was born in Jamaica Queens, NY, a son of the late Peter H and Grace (Beake) Glaser. He was a Banker, employed by RTC. He was a former member of Washington Shade Tree Commission. Peter was an avid freshwater fisherman and enjoyed gardening Survivors: Along with his mother, Grace Glaser of Hemptstead, NY, Peter is survived by his wife, Susan (Tompkins) Glaser of Washington, NJ; a stepson, Frederick Wagner of Washington, NJ; a sister, Joanne Kempton of Williston Park, NY and a brother: William Glaser of Manalapan, NJ. In addition to his father a sister, Kathe Hall died earlier. Services: Friends may call on the family on Saturday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm at DeVoe Funeral Service Inc., 136 West Washington Ave, Washington, NJ. A funeral service will be on Saturday at 6:30 at the funeral home. Cremation will follow in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
