Obituary of Margaret Hippe

Margaret J. Hippe, 79 of Oxford, New Jersey passed away on Friday, January 28, 2011 at Easton Hospital. Margaret was born on April 28, 1931 in Morristown, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael and Alice (nee Berny) Holley. She enjoyed going to casinos, watching WWE wrestling, and was an avid reader. Margaret loved the Mets and watching golf. She loved going to St. Joseph’s Bingo. She is survived by her 2 daughters; Cindy Steinmetz of Oxford, NJ, and Charlene Holley of Wind Gap, PA, and 6 grandchildren. She is predeceased by 3 brothers; William, Nils, and Robert Holley, a sister; Viola, and a great-grandson; Caspain Steinmetz in 2006. A visitation will be Monday, January 31, 2011 from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m at DeVoe Funeral Service, Inc. 136 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ. A service will be Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at DeVoe Funeral Service. Interment will follow service at Fairmont Cemetery, Fairmont, NJ.
