Obituary of Dorothy Eckhardt

Dorothy Eckhardt of Washington Twp NJ died Saturday August 9th at St Lukes Warren Campus Phillipsburg N.J. She was born December 20, 1922 in Accokiek Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Myrtle Montgomery Smith. Dorothy enjoyed traveling and swimming. Her husband Frank preceded her in death in 2004. She is survived sons Frank "Barry" in North Carolina, Bruce in Buffalo, Kenny in Keesville N, Y., Randy of Sarasota Fl, Douglas of Washington Twp NJ, daughters Joyce Eckhardt of Amarillo TX, Valerie Mcnally of Port Colden N.J. and Wendy Miller in Burlington Flatts N.Y., a sister Florence Smith of Oxford NJ, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2PM in the Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere NJ. The DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ has been entrusted with her arrangements.
