Obituary of Theresa Hoffman

Theresa "Terry" Hoffman passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 at Warren Haven Nursing Home. Born and raised in High Bridge , NJ , she was the daughter of William and Elsie Frances Devine. She was the fifth of six children. After getting married to Francis "Pat" Hoffman, Jr., she resided in Raritan Township . She later moved to Tuscon , AZ. She fought a courageous battle with ALS for 7 years. She will be remembered for her kindness and her love of family. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Elsie Frances Devine, and her husband, Francis "Pat" Hoffman, Jr. She is survived by her children, Frank Hoffman III, of Lambertville, NJ, Steven Hoffman, of Tucson, AZ, Kimberlee Hoffman, of Colorado Springs, CO and Stacey Hoffman of Stockton, NJ, 5 grandchildren and her siblings, Marsha Brong, of Myrtle Beach, SC, James Devine of Bethlehem, PA, Patricia Devine of Clinton, NJ, Mary Devine of Washington , NJ and William Devine of Washington , NJ . Her family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Warren Haven Nursing Home who cared for her with compassion and dignity. A memorial service will be held at Union Gap Village Clubhouse, 100 North Slope, Clinton, NJ (GPS 83 North Slope) on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 6:00 p.m..
