Obituary of Ruth Mowrey

Ruth E. Mowrey, 70, of Phillipsburg , NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at home surrounded by her loved ones. Ruth was born on January 24, 1942 in Evan Falls , PA. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry and Margaret Williams. She is survived by her companion, George Rowe, Sr. of 15 years. She is also survived by four sons; Alex Buskirk of PA, Henry Sinclair of PA, Rodney Buskirk of PA, and James Buskirk, three daughters, Sherrie Mowrey of PA, Samantha Altamose of PA, and Tamy Messina of NJ, 24 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the DeVoe Funeral Service, Inc., 136 West Washington Ave. , Washington , NJ 07882 .
