Obituary of Marilyn Schmidt

Marilyn E. Schmidt, age 80 of Lebanon Township died peacefully at home on Monday, December 27, 2010. Marilyn was born on March 16, 1930 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Earl and Hilda (neeGood) Yost. Mrs. Schmidt was a loving wife and mother of four. She was a homemaker and cared for her 4 sons. Marilyn graduated from Doylestown Highschool and Churchmans Business School, Easton,PA. She was a member of the Changewater Methodist Church. Marilyn is predeceased by her loving husband, Herbert Schmidt in 2006. She is survived by her 4 sons; Herbert W. Schmidt Jr. of Lebanon Township, NJ, Jeffrey W. Schmidt of Pittsburgh, PA, Eric W. Schmidt of White Township, NJ, and Darryl W. Schmidt of Lebanon Township, NJ, A sister; Carol Kennedy of Easton, PA, and 7 grandchildren. A visitation will be Sunday, January 2, 2010 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at DeVoe Funeral Service, Inc. 136 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ. A service will be held on Monday, January 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at DeVoe Funeral Service,Inc with an interment to follow in Spruce Run Cemetery, Lebannon Township, NJ.
