Obituary of Edward Woolf

Edward James Woolf of Broadway, NJ passed away May15, 2015 at his home with his loving family and friends by his side. Born in Phillipsburg (Harmony), NJ to the late Frank and Elizabeth (Coughlin)Woolf. He was a graduate of Belvidere High School. He served in the United States Army. He retired in 2003 from the New Jersey Water Supply Authority. He was a past Captain of the Franklin Twp Rescue Squad and a past Chief of Franklin Twp Fire Company. He served on the Franklin Twp School Board and was a member of the Warren Grange. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Linda (Singley) Woolf, his son Edward Jr and his wife Kimberly of Milford, NJ, and his daughter Stephanie and her husband Peach Cole of Harmony, NJ, sisters Claudia Avila and Claire Bryan both of Florida, and by his mothers-in-law Dawn Price of Virginia and Barbara Singley of Broadway, NJ. He is also survived by his grandchildren John Jr., James, and Paige Nunn and Zachery Woolf and his great grandchildren Cabrey, Hunter, and Braelynn Nunn. He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Joan Ceras and granddaughter Zoe Rose Woolf. There will be a memorial service on Saturday May 23, 2015from 3-6pm . In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made either Franklin TWP Rescue Squad at PO Box 224, Broadway NJ 08808 or Garden State Under Water Recovery at PO Box 404, Milford, NJ 08848 or a charity of ones' choice.
