Obituary of Marion Creager

Marion Creager, of Washington NJ died on August 3rd, 2016 in the Hackettstown Medical Center, Hackettstown, NJ. She was born in Whitman, Mass. Marion was the daughter of the late Everett “Dan” and Blanche Reed. Marion was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Washington, NJ and was also a member of the Eastern Star # 36 in Washington, NJ. She loved reading and gardening. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels, the Nearly New Shop, and the Women’s Aux of Warren Hospital. Surviving are sons Mark G. and his wife Elizabeth of West Chester, PA, David A. of Bay City, Texas, and Paul S. of Washington, NJ, a sister Barbara Tessier of Brockton, Ma, a grandson Alex G. Creager, a niece, 3 nephews and cousins. Funeral Services will be held at 11am in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave, Washington, NJ 07882. Family and friends may call 10AM-11AM in the funeral home on Monday. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Washington Twp., NJ Memorial may sent to the charity of one’s choice.
