Obituary of Hannah Bryan

Hannah Bryan, 103, of Port Murray, N.J. passed on Wed. August 24, 2016 at Compassionate Care Facility in Dover, N.J. Mrs. Bryan was born May 17, 1913 in Perkasie, Pa. She is daughter of the late Leo and the late Elizabeth Hartman Gable. She was predeceased by her husband William S. Bryan in 2001. She retired from the Commercial Dress Factory in High Bridge, NJ as a seamstress and was secretary for the local ILGW union. Hannah had a passion for her family, many flower beds, birds, swimming and sewing. She was an avid fan of the Mets, Giants, and Knicks. She is survived by one daughter Patricia Cronce of Flemington, NJ and son Ronald Bryan of Port Murray, NJ; 13 Grand children, 21 Great Grand children, and 1 Great-great granddaughter; Inlaws Marian Bryan Mather and Harold S. Bryan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predecesed by and one Daughter Nancy Seely in 2014; one son Phillip Bryan in 1978; her sister Dorothy Hunsberger and brother Franklin Gable. A family graveside service will be held at Port Murray Cemetery 24 Cherry Tree Bend Rd., Port Murray, NJ with Rev. Allen officiating on Sept. 24 at 11:30am in Port Murray, NJ.
