Obituary of Jeremy Deemer

Jeremy D. Deemer, 26, of Forks Township, PA passed away on May 21, 2014 in Easton, PA.   Jeremy was born on April 21, 1988 in Phillipsburg, NJ to Thomas and Connie (Castner) Deemer. He was a graduate of Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pa with a certificate in Act 120 Law Enforcement.  He held various positions in the security industry, most recently as a supervisor for Covenant Security Services at PPL in Allentown, PA.  Jeremy's greatest love and light of his life was his daughter. He was also blessed with an amazing loving relationship with his fiancée. Jeremy enjoyed fishing, boating and camping.  He was also a fitness enthusiast. He was a member of the Phillipsburg Alliance Church.    He is survived by his daughter Esabell Lynn Deemer and his fiancé, Jennifer La Rosa of Forks Township, PA.  He is also survived by his parents Thomas and Connie (Castner) Deemer, his maternal grandmother Shirley Castner of Washington, NJ, and his brother Thomas Deemer, Jr. and his fiancé Tasha Evans of Quarryville, PA and a host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.   A funeral service will be held at the Phillipsburg Alliance Church in Phillipsburg, NJ on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at 12 pm.  A viewing will be held from 10-12 am at the church before services.  Interment will follow at the Musconetcong Valley Cemetery in Hampton, NJ.   The DeVoe Funeral Service has been entrusted with arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to AstraZeneca Hope Lodge of the American Cancer Society—Philadelphia.   Please see www.devoefuneral.com for online condolences.
