Patricia Ann Penn, 79 of Washington Twp, Warren CountyNJ formerly of Sparta NJ died Saturday June 22, 2013 in the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center,Hackettstown NJ. She was born in South Orange NJ, March 12, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Sumner and Miriam Distler Williams. Patricia was a Legal Secretary for many years being last employeed by the Thomas J Clark Law Firm in New ton NJ until retiring. She has lived in Washington Twp for the past 6 years coming from Sparta NJ. She has attended the Emmaunal Bible Church in Schooleys Mountain NJ. Her loving husband Francis preceded her in death in 2005 Patricia is survived by 3 daughters Susan Morgan of Washington Twp ( Warren County) NJ, Cathy Morgan of Charleston W.V., and Nancy Garlick of Hackettstown NJ, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
