Obituary of Helen Smith

Helen A. Smith 70 of Oxford NJ, died May 29, 2009 in Warren Hospital.She was born in White Twp NJ November 6, 1937. She was the daughter of the late Ernest G. and Mildred Freeman Lambert. She lived the last 30 years in Oxford coming from Flemington NJ. Helen enjoyed crocheting and was an avid crafter. Having gone to many local craft shows over the years. She was an excellent cook and was a collector of Teddy Bears having well over 500 in her collection.She is survived by her husband Jacob A. Sr., of over 52 years, two sons Jacob A Jr in Trenton NJ and Perry of Oxford NJ, and a brother Donald C Lambert of Fort Wayne IN. She is predeceased by two brothers Franklin and Wesley and a sister Dorothy Lambert.Family and friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 pm in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ. Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 2 pm in the Funeral Home.
