Obituary of Albina Mecsey

Albina M. Mecsey, 76, of Stewartsville, NJ, passed away on August 4, 2016 in her home. Albina was born on September 10, 1939 in New Village, NJ to Nelson and Esther (Comandini) Paolini. She was married to Louis Mecsey for 50 years and worked as a cafeteria cook for Franklin Twp. Elementary School. She was of strong Catholic faith and she loved to cook and play bingo. In addition to her husband, Albina is survived by her two sons Kevin Mecsey and his wife Lisa of Warren Glen, NJ and Greg Mecsey and his wife Lorie of Hardwick Twp., NJ, a step-daughter Barbara Leemasters of Hackettstown, NJ, and a grandson Jacob. DeVoe Funeral Service has been entrusted with the arrangements. There will be a visitation at DeVoe Funeral Service, 136 W. Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882 on Monday August 8, 2016 from 6pm-8pm. There will be a funeral service at the funeral home on Tuesday August 9, 2016 at 11am with burial to follow.
