Obituary of Michael J Lynch

Michael J. Lynch, 52, of Lopatcong Township, NJ, passed away suddenly at home on November 6, 2016. Michael was born on November 6, 1964 to John and Joann (Choren) Lynch in Brunswick, Maine. He went to Roxbury High School and graduated from Rutgers University. He married Laurie Smith and celebrated twenty six years of marriage with her. Michael was an avid fan of the New York Giants and a lifelong Star Trek fan. One of his favorite hobbies was researching historic railway stations and tunnels. He loved computers and playing the slots. He enjoyed being a fix-it guy and a handy man. Michael is survived by his wife Laurie of Lopatcong Township, NJ and his mother JoAnn of Hackettstown, NJ; Sons Michael Jr., Matthew both at home; daughters Shannon, Savannah, and Kelly also at home; brother John Lynch of New Jersey and sister Jennifer Supplee of Pennsylvania. A viewing will be held on Thursday November 10 from 6-8 pm at the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 W. Washington Ave Washington, NJ 07882. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday November 11at 11am at the St. Rose of Lima Church 10 Jonestown Road Oxford, NJ 07863.
